Where Do I Go to Check In?

We have moved offices! Please come to our new office, which is located at 176 Waterman Hill Rd. Quechee, VT 05059. As you come into Quechee on Route 4, you will see a flashing yellow caution light. Turn north down Waterman Hill Road (towards the Quechee Covered Bridge) and take your second right at the white “Farmhouse” office suite sign into the gravel parking area. At the end of the parking area, a red brick pathway leads up to a yellow farmhouse building with a wrap around porch. This building has multiple office suites, with Carefree Quechee Vacations’ office located in suite #1 right in front of the top of the stairs. Your arrival packet is available for pick up in the white drop box next to the front door after 3:00pm.

IMPORTANT! Inputting the address into your GPS will NOT bring you straight to our office! Please utilize the above written instructions and the below map for your reference for how to get to our office!

What Time is Check In?

Check in is anytime after 3:00pm on the day of your arrival, with check out being anytime prior to 10:00am on the day of your departure. We unfortunately cannot accommodate early check in or late check out requests at this time and apologize for the inconvenience.


How Do I Check In?

All guests will come to our office to pick up arrival packet containing the maps, keys, wifi login information and other area information pertinent to the rental. (Please see above posted map for office location and driving instructions). The arrival packet will have the guest name on the front and can be picked up from the drop box located next to the front office door. The packet will remain in this location for after office hour arrivals as well, allowing the guest to check in at their convenience.


What if I arrive after office hours (office hours are M-F, 9am – 5pm)?

The packet will remain at the front porch drop box pick up location for after office hour arrivals as well, allowing the guest to check in at their convenience. We also leave a light or two on in the property for such instances so you may navigate your way in the home upon arrival.


What should I look for after I check into my rental property?

Our goal at Carefree Quechee Vacations is to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay! We ask that all guests checking into the property take a look through the property to ensure that everything is in satisfactory condition. Should you find anything out of order upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible by calling our office at 802-295-9500 (x 1 during office hours, or x9 for after office hours) so we may promptly address these items. As phone volume is high, please leave a message reporting the issue encountered with a name and call back number so we can quickly return your call and get these items addressed for your stay!


Where can I find the WiFi information?

On the front of your arrival packet envelope is the username and password required to login to the WiFi for this home. If you are having difficulty logging in to the WiFi using the providing information, first try to unplug the router and wait 5 minutes to reboot. Should this still not work, please call our office at 802-295-9500 for further assistance.
