Reservations and Business Manger
Bethany has been with Carefree Quechee Vacations since 2016 and currently manages all rervations and the integration for distribution channel software such as AirBnB & VRBO. She was born and raised in Hartford, VT and holds a Bachelor's of International Management & French from Niagara University and a Master's of International Project Management. Bethany's local area knowledge, coupled with her background in project management, facilitates the best possible exposure of local rental properties on the web while also offering guests insight to unique local attractions. Bethany currently works remotely but frequently makes trips back to Vermont throughout the year.
Housekeeping Manager
Kimberly was raised in Rutland, Vermont until the age of 17. She then followed her career dreams into property and hospitality management, leading her into the path of Texas Real Estate. She has lived in Quechee Vermont since October 2019. She is currently heading the housekeeping team for Carefree Quechee Vacations, where she will continue her path of vacation property management and Vermont Real Estate.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Tim recently joined the Carefree Quechee team bringing along decades of Destination Club and Vacation Rental Management experience. Passionate about Real Estate and forging lasting relationships, he brings an enthusiasm and attention to detail to the team and looks for ways to increase owner’s rental returns. A native to Middlebury, Vermont, after graduating college with a BS in Environmental Education he spent a number of years living in Whitefish, Montana - working in Glacier National Park. For the past 10 years he and his family have settled into the Upper Valley and when not with owner’s you will find him mountain biking, hiking or golfing in the summer and snowshoeing, snowboarding or playing hockey in the winter.

Lee brings many years of real estate, rental, and property management experience combined with an equally strong background strong background technology as a chief technology officer to multinational human resources firm for over 15 years. He is a licensed real estate broker in Vermont, Massachusetts and Florida and has been with Carefree Quechee Vacations and the Masiello Group Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate for five years. He holds a bachelor’degree in business/management from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master’s of science degree in technology from Northwestern University.
