Killington, Pico, and Okemo mountains are about 30 to 40 minutes to the west of Pomfret and offer more advanced skiing terrain during the winter months, along with Saskadena Six mountain biking and hiking in the summer. You will also be near Appalachian trails, which outdoor enthusiasts will love. The Teago General Store is conveniently located diagonally across the street and stocks occasional grocery items and light breakfast and lunch options for purchase.

Generous windows provide great views of the mountain, while the private patio and backyard offer expansive views of the valley and the ski trails.
